The rules for access

These rules apply to every request sent through derestricted.ai and to how you use its outputs. Access to a model without refusal filters does not permit harmful or unlawful use.

You are responsible for your application, your users, and the safeguards needed for your use case.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the service to request, generate, or apply assistance that enables any of the following:

• Terrorism and violence. Planning attacks, recruiting for terrorist activity, threatening people, or providing operational support for violent harm.
• Child exploitation. Creating, obtaining, distributing, or facilitating child sexual abuse material, including synthetic material, grooming, or sexual exploitation of minors.
• Abuse and exploitation. Human trafficking, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, stalking, doxxing, or targeted threats and harassment.
• Malicious cyber activity. Unauthorized access to systems, credential or data theft, malware deployment, destructive attacks, or disruption of services.
• Fraud and deception. Scams, identity theft, phishing, financial fraud, or impersonation intended to steal money, access, or sensitive information.
• Other harm or unlawful activity. Facilitating self-harm, developing weapons for harmful use, or violating applicable law or the rights of others.

Do not evade access restrictions, share keys to help others bypass enforcement, or resell access for prohibited uses.

Authorized research

Security testing, red teaming, trust and safety evaluation, and controlled research can require examining harmful topics and failure modes. This work is permitted when it is authorized, contained, and directed at understanding or preventing harm.

Only test systems and data you are authorized to use. Keep generated material within appropriate research controls. Research does not authorize exploitation of children, victimization of real people, or operational attacks.

Access and enforcement

We may restrict or suspend access when we identify a violation of this policy. An API key or a successful response is not permission to carry out a prohibited activity.

Contact hello@derestricted.ai with a description of the issue and relevant request identifiers, if available. Do not send API keys, sensitive personal data, or illegal material.
